I called Hialeah Door Pros when my garage door refused to open and Mike responded quickly and came over within the hour, he was very friendly and explained that one of the main springs broke and needed to be replaced, he had the right spring size in his truck and finished the repair quickly, his price was fair and exactly what he said upfront, and I'm very happy with both the service and the cost, thank you so much Mike.

Ben from Door Pros did a great job on my garage door today after the day before a different guy from another company had replaced the torsion spring but did a mistake and used the wrong size spring and my heavy duty door was barely moving up and when I was closing it seems like it is going to fast and about to crash down. I had to get it fixed but that installer stopped answering my calls, so I reached out these guys and Ben came out quickly and explained me everything, quoted a fair price up front and fixed the problem. Now my garage door works perfect just like it should, thanks a lot Ben for providing a quick and outstanding solution.

Mike came out last night to fix my garage door issue. He found the problem very quickly and fix it in 20 min, he just adjust the cable that was a little loos and now everything working perfect.
